3 Class Series- Wednesdays, October 4th, 11th, and 18th. 5:30-6:30 PM
Yoga has long been associated with a healthy lifestyle. As a beginner yogi in this class we will flow slowly, but will incorporate specific poses that promote weight loss. The benefits and specifics of the poses (asanas) will be shared for a deeper understanding of why the pose will help with fat burning. Each week we will discuss healthy eating habits, asanas (poses) for weight loss, and develop a home workout routine to continue the healthy benefits of a consistent yoga practice. This class is designed for the beginner yogi. Your mind, body and spirit will benefit from learning, or relearning, poses and meditation practices that will benefit your overall wellbeing.

Peaceful Kids Yoga

Next Session- NOW ENROLLING: Thursdays, 5:30 PM-6:15 PM September 14, 21, 28, October 5 Join us for 45 minutes of fun, and engaging yoga activities for kids! This class will help promote bone and muscle development, balance, coordination as well as social and emotional development. They will engage in activities using exclusive yoga stories and guides to fun, and exciting yoga-based games. Children will gain skills to help calm their bodies and their minds, while having fun and lots of laughter! Parent or caregiver must stay onsite while child is in class. |
STORYTIME YOGA
with Sally Lyons
Wednesdays at 10:30 am (45 minute class)
Bring your little one to practice poses, calming breath, and listen to fun stories and music. There is always room for silliness and play! A fun time will be created each week with our certified yoga instructor (and Mom) Sally Lyons. This class is for parents or caregivers and their 2-4 year old child. |
